Charles Quinn Not necessarily the best introduction to the NWW canon (although it is as much a masterpiece of editing as any of Stapleton's work) but probably the greatest electronic (electrical?) drone album ever made. Favorite track: Track Two.

Was Ist Das? Timeless drone album, such otherworldly sounds like should never be able to exist outside our of our dreams. Favorite track: Track One.

John Cratchley An out and out classic...so pleased to have found it on BC along with much more of Mr.Stapleton's work...beautifully,slowly evolving,pieces where nothing/everything happens...this is long-haul, immersive,music: you have to commit to it,I think,in order to gain the maximum from the pieces but there is much reward for the effort...
Very much looking forward to David Keenan's updated book ('England's Hidden Reverse',published by Serpent's Tail) which looks at NWW in depth...worth the wait...

Bobbie Bats Great album to relax, sleep, or meditate to. The ever evolving drones wash over you, and send you to another world. One of the best ambient/drone albums ever made. Favorite track: Track Two.

Brad Underwood This is easily one of the most relaxing pieces of music I've ever listened to. The fact that this was made with only bloody guitar pedals is brilliant. I've fallen asleep to this just about every night for the past six months or so and I have cool dreams while I listen to it. Thank you, Steven! Favorite track: Track One.
